Here’s how to get PTA news and connect with other RCV families.
PTA email list
Our main way to reach families: PTA news, event reminders and volunteer requests, by email. The PTA checks every message before it goes out, so you only get what matters.
How joining works
- The button opens an email to rcvmail+subscribe@googlegroups.com. Send it as is. It doesn’t need a subject or a message.
- Google Groups emails you back within a few minutes. Don’t see it? Check your spam or junk folder.
- Reply to that email, and you’re on the list.
Facebook group
Our private group is where RCV families share school news, ask questions and connect.
- Tap the button below, then Join group. You’ll need to be logged in to Facebook.
- Answer the few questions.
- Once one of our admins approves you, you’re in.

School directory
The RCV school directory is online only, through AtoZ Connect. Use it to find other RCV families’ contact information.
Getting access
Got an email asking you to verify your information? Follow its steps. It takes about 5 minutes. Step-by-step guide: English (PDF) · Español (PDF)
No email? Go to rcvpta.membershiptoolkit.com and choose Create Account as a New User. Once we approve your request, you’ll get an email with your login instructions.
